Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Solisvio L.L.C. ("Solisvio", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit solisvio.com (the "Site"), contact us, or buy our products. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to deliver your order and answer you, we do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on the Site.
1. Who we are
Solisvio L.L.C. is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We design and sell digital product mockups, printable wall art and printed posters that are produced on demand. For the purposes of data protection law, Solisvio L.L.C. is the controller of personal information collected through the Site and through direct contact with us. Contact details are in section 13.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name and email address when you email us or message us through a marketplace.
- Order information such as the product you bought, the order number and the date, when you ask us for help with a purchase.
- Shipping details such as your name, shipping address and, where you provide it, a phone number, when you order a printed poster.
- Anything else you choose to include in a message to us, for example a description of a custom request.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting server records basic technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. We use these logs only to keep the Site secure and working.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers or bank details. Payments are processed by the platform or payment provider you buy through, never by us directly.
- We do not collect precise location data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver digital products and provide customer support
- Produce, ship and track printed poster orders
- Answer your questions and handle license, custom-work and collaboration requests
- Keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems
- Keep business and tax records that the law requires us to keep
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & License
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering products and support), our legitimate interests (running and securing a small business, answering enquiries), and compliance with legal obligations (record keeping). We do not send marketing emails unless you have clearly asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site is a simple informational website. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics or embedded content in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:
- Print-on-demand partners. To produce and deliver printed posters, we share your name, shipping address, phone number if provided, and the order details with Printify and with the print provider and shipping carrier that fulfil your order. They use this information only to print, pack, ship and track your order.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our web hosting provider, email provider and, if you buy directly from us in the future, our payment processor. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Marketplaces and payment platforms you choose to buy through, as described in section 6.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- A successor business if Solisvio is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
6. Purchases on Etsy and other platforms
When you buy a Solisvio product on Etsy or another marketplace, that platform collects and processes your personal information under its own privacy policy, and it is the party that handles your payment. The platform shares with us only what we need to fulfil and support your order: typically your name, the order details, your shipping address for printed posters, and a way to message you. We use that information only to deliver your files or produce and ship your poster, provide support, and keep the records the platform and the law require. We do not add marketplace customers to any mailing list.
7. How long we keep information
- Emails and support messages: kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can help with follow-up questions, after which we delete them.
- Order and shipping records: kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is generally up to seven years.
- Server logs: kept for a short, rolling period and then automatically overwritten.
8. International transfers
Solisvio is a United States company and our systems, service providers and print providers may be located in the United States and other countries. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this means your information may be transferred outside your region. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses used by our service providers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted, unless we must keep it by law
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Complain to your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@solisvio.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. The categories of information we collect are described in section 2 and the purposes in section 3.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to the Site, access controls on our email and business accounts, and two-factor authentication on the services we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
11. Children
The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a clear notice on the Site.
