Terms & License

These Terms govern your use of solisvio.com (the "Site") and every product created or sold by Solisvio L.L.C. ("Solisvio", "we", "us"), wherever you buy it. By using the Site, downloading one of our digital products or ordering a printed poster, you agree to these Terms. If you buy on Etsy or another marketplace, that platform's terms govern the purchase and payment, and these Terms govern what you may do with the files and how shipping and returns work.

1. Our products

Solisvio sells two kinds of products. Digital products are product mockup files and printable wall art files delivered as downloads; nothing physical is shipped for these. Printed posters are physical prints of our artwork, produced on demand after you order by third-party print providers through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and shipped to the address you give at checkout. Frames, mats, furniture and other props shown in product previews are for illustration and are not included unless the listing says so. Each listing states the file formats, sizes, paper options and shipping details that apply. Colors may differ between screens, printers and papers; we cannot guarantee an exact color match with what you see on screen.

2. Digital product license

When you buy a Solisvio digital product you are buying a license to use the files, not ownership of the files or the artwork. Solisvio keeps all copyright and other rights. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide, and it continues for as long as you comply with these Terms. The license covers one buyer: one person, or one business and the people who work for it on that business's own products.

Two license types exist. Each listing states which one applies. If a listing states different or additional terms, the listing's terms control for that product. Buying a printed poster gives you ownership of that physical poster only; it does not include any license to reproduce the artwork.

3. Personal use license (wall art files)

Unless a listing says otherwise, printable wall art files are sold under a personal use license. You may:

• Print the artwork as many times as you like for your own home, office or personal space
• Print it as a gift for a friend or family member
• Use a printing service (home printer, local print shop or online printer) to produce your copies
• Resize or crop the file to fit your frame

You may not sell prints, sell or share the files, use the artwork on products for sale, or use it to promote a business. If you would like to use a piece commercially, contact us and we will tell you whether a commercial license is available.

4. Commercial use license (mockups)

Unless a listing says otherwise, mockups are sold under a commercial use license. You may:

• Place your own artwork, designs or products into the mockup scene
• Use the resulting images to present and promote your own products, including on Etsy and other marketplaces, your website, portfolio, social media, advertising and client presentations
• Use the mockup for an unlimited number of your own products and projects, with no time limit
• Use the mockup for client work, provided the final image contains the client's design and the mockup file itself is not handed over

The commercial license covers the final images you create. It does not cover the mockup file itself, which stays our property and may not be redistributed in any form.

5. What you may not do

Under either license you may not:

• Share, give away, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the original files, whether unchanged or edited
• Resell a mockup as a mockup, or include it in a template, bundle, kit, theme or any product whose purpose is to let others use the mockup
• Offer the files or substantially similar derivatives as digital downloads, print-on-demand products or stock content
• Use an empty or near-empty mockup scene (without your own design in it) as a product or as stock imagery
• Claim authorship of the artwork or mockup, or register it or any part of it as a trademark, design or copyright
• Use the files to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models, or include them in datasets for that purpose
• Use the files in anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful or pornographic, or in a way that suggests Solisvio endorses you, your products or your views
• Remove or alter any copyright notice included with the files

Any use not expressly permitted is prohibited. If you breach these restrictions, your license ends automatically and we may pursue the remedies available to us.

6. Digital delivery, refunds and support

Delivery

Digital products are delivered as downloads. When you buy on a marketplace such as Etsy, the files become available in your account on that platform once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. If you buy directly from us in the future, we will send a download link to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files; we recommend doing so promptly.

Refunds on digital products

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once the files have been made available to you, except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download has been made available. If you bought on Etsy, Etsy's refund tools and policies also apply, and we will work with you through them.

When we will help anyway

We stand behind our work. If a file is corrupted, does not match its listing description or is missing from the download, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you. Refunds are not given because a design did not suit your taste, because colors printed differently than they appeared on your screen, because you bought the wrong product, or because you lack the software needed to open a file type that was stated in the listing.

Support

Support is available by email at hello@solisvio.com or through the marketplace you bought on. We usually reply within two business days. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Printed posters: shipping and returns

Production and shipping

Every poster is printed after you order it. Production usually takes a few business days, and shipping time depends on the destination and carrier. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on each listing and at checkout, and tracking is provided where the carrier offers it. Where possible, orders are produced at the print facility closest to the delivery address. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control do not entitle you to a refund, but we will always help you track down a late parcel.

Addresses and customs

You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address. If an order is returned to the print provider or lost because the address was wrong or the parcel was not collected, we can reship it at your cost, or refund the product price excluding shipping. For orders shipped across a border, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are your responsibility.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, in the wrong size or otherwise not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free reprint or, if you prefer, a full refund. You do not need to send the poster back unless we ask.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows that your order has stopped moving or was never delivered, contact us. Once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or a reasonable time has passed without delivery, we will reship your order or refund it.

Returns for other reasons

Because each poster is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a wrong size or paper selected at checkout, or small color differences within normal print tolerance. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel that cannot be excluded, that right is not affected. In that case you must tell us within the legal period, return the poster undamaged in its packaging at your own cost, and we will refund the product price once it is received.

Marketplace orders

If you bought on Etsy, Etsy's buyer protections and the return policy shown on our Etsy shop also apply. Our printed posters are produced by a production partner, which we disclose on our Etsy listings as Etsy requires.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, mockups, photographs, text, logos and other content on the Site and in our products are owned by Solisvio L.L.C. or used under license, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Solisvio" and the Solisvio logo are trademarks of Solisvio L.L.C. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of artwork to you, whether you buy a file or a printed poster. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email us with details and we will investigate promptly.

9. Using the Site

You may browse the Site for your personal and business information needs. You may not scrape, copy or reproduce Site content except as these Terms allow, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Site for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will meet your requirements, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a printed result will match what you see on screen. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in this section limits the remedies for damaged or defective posters described in section 7.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solisvio L.L.C. and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, the products or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits apply even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solisvio L.L.C. from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the products in a way the license does not permit.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; most issues can be solved with a quick email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, nothing in this section takes that right away. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

14. General terms

• Changes. We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted; the license you received with an earlier purchase continues to apply to that purchase.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the applicable product listing and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Solisvio regarding the Site and the products.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we may still enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your license or these Terms to anyone else. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
